Our Top 5 fitness Instagram profiles

I don’t know about you but I’m obsessed with fitness profiles on Instagram! Seriously how awesome is that there is so much free help and inspiration out there.
Here’s my top 5 favourites, some you’ll have heard of and some may have eluded you.

NUMBER 1

Cassey Ho – Blogilates & PopPilates  www.blogilates.com

Love this girl! Such an amazing back story. When Cassey posted her first POP Pilates® workout video on YouTube back in 2009, it was intended only for her 40 students to see. In fact, the only reason why the video was created was because Cassey was moving cross-country and she wanted to leave a farewell workout video for her class to do anytime they missed her. Little did she know that this genuine intention to serve her students would end up being the first building block of what would eventually become the infectiously inspiring world of Blogilates.

Now Cassey Ho is an award-winning fitness instructor, entrepreneur and personality based in Los Angeles, CA. She is the creator of Blogilates, the #1 female fitness channel on YouTube with over 500 million video views and 4 million subscribers. And over 1.4 million followers on Instagram! As a certified group fitness instructor and Pilates mat and Reformer teacher (ACE, NESTA, Balanced Body), Cassey has been motivating people to move for nearly a decade.

NUMBER 2

Morgan Tyler – Ab Asanas/The Southern Yogi www.thesouthernyogi.com

Morgan’s feed is amazingly stunning, with inspirational yoga videos and helpful advice as well as gorgeous photos. She’s a Kentucky-living girl who grew up swimming competitively for 10 years. After eventually retiring, she found yoga and soon after that, AcroYoga. She started her yoga practice in 2014 and since has gained over 518,000 followers!

Dana Landgren – www.danalandgren.com

Following Dana’s feed you can be sure you will learn techniques to build a strong core and pelvic muscles, which I certainly could work on! Plus also full body moves to tighten and strengthen all your muscles.

With free videos on Instagram and inspiration photos, Dana’s feed is one you need to follow.

NUMBER 4

Kayla Itsines – www.kaylaitsines.com

Kayla is one of the first fitness accounts I started to follow on Instagram. With her amazing circuit training, Kayla knows how to make you get that perfectly toned and sculptured body. Trust me it really does work!

With a massive following of over 9.8 million on Instagram and plenty of body transformations to prove her training works, Kayla really is one of the top trainers. Check out her Bikini Body workout EBook, perfect for those of us who just don’t get a chance to go to the gym.

NUMBER 5

Toni B – @coffeeandrainbows

Another one of my first feeds to follow, Toni’s feed is one of those ones you just need to follow. She’s amazing at yoga, and I especially love her yoga swing.

With over 201,000 followers, Toni’s feed is so beautiful to follow. You know when you just want to see someone who can actually do all these yoga positions perfectly to inspire you to what you could achieve.
